Michelle Morocco, MoMu Home Staging, maximizes the sale price of their homes with skilled home staging that provides an aesthetic geared towards permitting the potential buyer to imagine the house as their own.
For those of my clients who need financing to purchase a new home, I refer them to Brian
Tata of Advanced Mortgage. He is diligent in trying to find the best financing options for my clients and goes to great lengths to make sure they understand the process.
Finances
In the course of my bankruptcy practice I meet many people who may still avoid bankruptcy and I refer them to Christina Gatteri, CFP, to find a path financial competency and solvency. And for my clients who do file bankruptcy, Christina has helped them to learn how to avoid the mistakes they may have made in the past.
For those clients who need a CPA who is responsive, proactive, and knowledgeable, I refer them to Pablo Cabrera, CPA. I am always confident that Pablo will take care of them.
Internet, IT and Business Phone Solutions
All of my clients who have businesses need websites, computer systems and telephone services. These are things businesses cannot do without. Sal Sauco at Englund Studios has been creating websites and branding for the clients I refer to him and I would not trust anyone else with their needs.
The same is true for computer systems by Thomas Bastianelli, at Signal Solutions, where not only can they design and install a system for you, they will monitor it and know if you have a problem before you do.
And finally, first impressions are critical and the first impression a potential client has of a business is their telephone reception. Will Britton is the go to guy at Rhode Island Telephone.
